Warranty Policy

 All KCB Offroad products, or items sold by KCB Offroad or its affiliate businesses or person(s), carry no warranty unless clearly expressed in this policy document. The following categories of items have a limited lifetime warranty: radius arms, tie rods, backing plates, shock tower braces, anti-sway links, front gusset kits, reverse reinforcement kits, grab handles and OHV tag holders. Warranties on these listed items cover defects in manufacturing only, and do not include damage or defects from any other source whatsoever, including but not limited to errors in installation, damage as the result of use, neglect, modification, damage resulting from combination with other installations not approved by us, damage as the result of shipment, storage or acts of God.

  • This warranty does not cover damages to finishes, including chips to said finishes, fading or scratches.
  • This warranty does not cover the bearings or rod ends of the listed parts.
  • Powder coating, whether by us during manufacture or any other entity at any time onto aluminum parts, void any actual or implied warranty without exception.
  • This warranty does not cover any third-party products in any way whatsoever.

KCB Offroad reserves the right to inspect goods claimed to be defective and shall have the right to determine the cause of these alleged defects. At our discretion and as the exclusive remedy, we will repair or replace the product in question, or issue credit. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar product of comparable value.

 

Warranty Period

The warranty period for the above mentioned policy begins on the date of shipment and lasts for 90 days from that date. Any submission during this period must be made in writing and comply with all of the formerly stipulated conditions and the following specifications in the Warranty Claim Procedure.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

Please submit in writing via email to info@kcboffroad.com

  • Photographs of the damaged product, with clear documentation of the fault
  • The product’s identifying information, (found on kcboffroad.com)
  • Location, date and time of purchase, including name of the business of purchase
  • Your full name, shipping address and phone number
  • A description of the fault in the product

 

Additional Warranty Claim Procedure Information:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all warranty and return-related shipping.
  • Allegedly damaged items, unless otherwise specified, must be shipped to our KCB Shop before a replacement will be shipped.

Return Policy

Requirements for a Purchase to Qualify as a Return:

  • The Customer must provide a proof of purchase
  • Items must be in the condition in which they were sold
  • Only unaltered, unmodified, unused and undamaged KCB Offroad products can be returned
  • The customer has 30 days from purchase to make any and all returns.
  • Custom products (color, design, engineering or otherwise) cannot be returned

  • Location, date and time of purchase, including name of the business of purchase
  • Your full name, shipping address and phone number
  • The reason for the return

Additional Return Procedure Information:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all warranty and return-related shipping.
  • All returns must be shipped to our KCB Shop before a replacement will be shipped.

  • Once we have received the item and approved your return, we will ship out replacements.
  • A 10% restocking fee is required of all returned items

 

KCB Offroad and all associated bodies reserve the right to deny any service, return or warranty claim upon our sole discretion with or without reason.
